Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward Wii Review

Console Obsession
28 May 2010
  • Excerpt: You’re probably thinking that Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward is a lot like Bullfrog’s Theme Hospital from 1997, and whilst it does share some of its ideas, it’s actually something entirely different. Whereas Theme Hospital was a business sim, Hysteria Hospital is more about fast paced fun as opposed to sorting out finances.

Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward Nintendo Wii

Testfreaks blog
7 September 2009
  • Conclusion: It does offer a bit of fun, but not much, especially for adults, you’ll get bored quickly. Hysteria Hospital is rated E for everyone so kids can play it, but I don’t think they’ll be able to grasp the concepts, there’s just too many steps to follow and it will get frustrating quickly for both young and old alike.
  • Pros: Cute animations, Lots of levels
  • Cons: Controls can be difficult, Very repetitive, Rather boring really

Review: Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward

N-Europe

  • Conclusion: It's a shame that the game is brought down by repetition and difficult controls. It could have honestly been a lot more fun to play.
  • Pros: Keeps your fingers active, Becomes quite challenging
  • Cons: Gameplay becomes stale quickly, Presentation feels low budget, Tedious controls

Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward Wii Review

DarkZero
9 August 2009
  • Excerpt: The American healthcare system is in a bit of a state at the moment. Despite pouring more money into medicine than any other country in the world, the United States has a worse overall level of health than almost all other developed countries. Infant mortality rates are high, and hundreds of thousands of people are crippled with medical debt due to the lack of universal healthcare and the necessity of purchasing overpriced health insurance from companies who often deny...

Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward [Wii] Review

WiiDS.co.uk
17 July 2009
  • Excerpt: Hysteria Hospital upon first sigth of the box makes one game instantly spring to mind. Theme Hospit al . Do you remember that classic? If you do, you’ll probably have owned the original Gameboy , used Windows 95 and listened to a cassette on a Walkman too. Allow me explain straight off that this is nothing like Theme Hospital (think more along the lines of Dinner Dash but in a Hospital) however, I can see where some of the ideas for Hysteria Hospital could of come from.
  • Pros: Addictive style game play makes for an enjoyable play., Lots of weird and wonderful treatment apparatus to discover., Got to love some of the jokes., If you loved
  • Cons: Click to select control is infuriatingly inaccurate., Not very customisable, only in the slots to where things are put., No replay value once a level is completed., On some old TVs (remember the ones with huge backa to them?), text is impossible to read.

Test: Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward

nintendo front
30 January 2010
  • Pros: simples Spielprinzip
  • Cons: wenig Abwechslung, kein Mehrspielermodus

Review: "Hysteria Hospital: Emergency Ward" (NDS)

gamingxp.com
17 January 2010
