Summary: This is another Harvest Moon game. You can play as either a boy or a girl and move to Waffle Island to start a farming life. In this game, you can choose the location of your house (near the mountains, near the town or near the waterfall). This is important depending on how you think is important: interaction with the townfolks, mining in the mountains (that you can't even get to at the beginning) of fishing and being near the hot springs.
Summary: Well this game is really nice. I bought this for my little brother as a Christmas present but now I am hooked up as well:p highly addictive. Though there are a few annoying things, like the loading screens, but is nothing to worry about. The plot is very fun and very easy to play.
Summary: I've always loved the Harvest Moon games. I've had them on gamecube, nintendo ds, and wii. This game is good in graphics, but one thing I'm disapointed in, is that you can't ride your cows. On the other ones, you were able to. What is better than riding a cow? Anyways, I LOVE the fact that you can get married and have a child. The one thing that would make me love the game even more, that if it had a more variety of animals (possibly a pig, please?
Summary: It is a very fun game to play if you like Harvest Moon series. Actually I like the story plot intertwined with the routine game play. It gave me a purpose, a goal to accomplish besides everyday farm work. The reason I didn't give it five stat is that there are two small aspects that I don't like: 1) Time passes too fast in the game; 2) It is really hard to get 10 hearts with town people and wild animals. Besides these, it is a really good Harvest Moon game for Wii.
Summary: First of all, I'm a 14-year-old girl and I have been playing the Harvest Moon games since I was 8 years old. Now, moving on to the game... Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility is a farming simulation video game designed for the Nintendo Wii. You have moved to Waffle Island, an island town that was once full of life. However, it has been years since the Mother Tree has shown any signs of life and the Harvest Goddess has mysteriously disappeared.
Summary: I love Harvest Moon, I've been playing since Harvest Moon 64 came out. I bought this game because I just got a Wii and I wanted to get a game for it. It's not a bad Harvest Moon game. Not as good as the original, but still pretty fun. I feel like the day goes by quickly in game, which is good for those who want to get on with their lives and don't want to spend too much time playing each day. So to me I wouldn't necessarily say that's a bad thing.
Summary: All of the other reviews that I've read are from Harvest Moon veteran players. I'm a newbie so here's a review from someone who has never played any of the earlier versions. HM has been around for 10 years (on different consoles obviously) and this is their 10th anniversary version. This is the first version made exclusively for the Wii. HM is a farming sim game where you are a new arrival to a large enchanted island with hopes of becoming a rancher.
