Summary: I thought this workout was great buy after 1.5 weeks ,I stopped as I was sick. I will continue once better. Some moves I did not do as I have bad knees. This Wii game could of easily been a workout dvd.
Summary: I've had this workout for a couple weeks now and have lost 7.7 pounds...which isn't all that easy considering I'm 56. Having to put the remote in my pocket is a hair inconvenient since I don't always have workout bottoms with pockets. But, the results so far are 5 star!
Wow...what a workout!! Intense, fun and delivers results!

Summary: I am a workout addict and in my quest to find the ultimate Wii fitness game that I would actually use on a consistent basis I have tried almost all fitness games (Zumba aside, not my thing). We have tried Wii Fit which is fun but not compelling to use regularly, Wii Yoga, Pilates (terrible) EA Sports active; but frankly this beats them all! My husband and I work out on a very regular basis and would consider ourselves pretty fit.
Summary: 8/21/13 -Update - I wasn't able to complete this - had some health problems with my leg - found out I have a Baker's Cyst that creates swelling in and around the knee and in the back of the knee, above the calf. It is very uncomfortable and painful. Having to rehab in lieu of surgery but I wasn't able to do this workout over the past few weeks.
Summary: Somehow, much to my surprise, I actually do the wii game 5 days a week. I do the 10 week plan and it keeps track whether I do 5 sessions a week or not. Amazingly, this makes me ensure I do it 5 days a week because I do not want to get marked for a miss! Who knew I could be so easily influened by a cartoon version of Harley. But I am! The exercises are so easy to do, it's a set pattern but with different exercises daily, and I can feel muscles I haven't felt before.
Summary: Purchased this item to try to keep in shape. It really works. I use it on a weekly basis. Gives your body that sense of accomplishment. I would recommend this to everyone. My wife has now joined me in the daily workouts.
Summary: I love the fact that there's a different workout every day. It definitely keeps me from getting bored. And it tracks your progress so that helps me stay motivated and engaged. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't always record your reps accurately, especially on the leg exercises. This and the Body Reset book make a great combination!
