Reviews and Problems with Harley-Davidson: Road Trip

worst game ever!
12 April 2011
Summary: i was expecting something along the lines of "Race to the Rally", which I have for ps2, (and it's a blast) but more fun because of the wii controller. Wrong! this is the most boring game ever, even worse than "Sea Monsters", and that's pretty bad. no challenge, obstacles or point to it whatsoever. You can't even crash! It's not even a good substitute for riding during the winter. Skip this one and try "H-D Race to the Rally" if you have ps2.
Summary: Is this a great game for everyone? NO. If you like Harley Davidson's or Cruisers in general this may be worth the 20 bucks(the used price I paid). It will frustrate little kids, and bore gamers...but if you are just looking for a little fun with a Harley on your screen this maybe something to get. It is a very short game as the missions go. The concept is that you are a photagrapher for HOG magazine, traveling across the U.S.
Summary: I was looking for a motorcycle game I could just go for ride and enjoy some e-scenery. Yes the game offers a cruise mode, but it's just some basic winding roads in several different parts of the country. There are no side roads, or even the ability to turn around and drive the other way. The bikes are decent and the engine/exhaust noise is pretty decent.
Summary: I had been wanting this game for quite some time. When I saw it at this price I couldn't resist. I now have a way to "go riding" during the winter when my harley is in the garage. The seller was great. The game was shipped within a week of the purchase.
Summary: Ok, so my boyfriend bought this game on the way home from work. We both tried it out. Seemed ok, then quickly lost interest. There is very little appeal in overall game play and graphics. So called road trip looks the same in all the regions, though it's not. There is very little difference in scenery. And the missions are either too challenging, stupid, or not challenging at all. The first region, there is one assignment that keeps me from unlocking the second region.
