Guitar Hero Greatest Hits - Game only
13 January 2011
Summary: Guitar Hero is a triumph, but we are bored by the heavy metal dominance. Bought the Beatles recently, and that gives far more variety. If you like the range of tracks on this version, you won't be disappointed. Calibration is very important and is straightforward. However, it is not easy to get it right, and we have been recalibrating regularly.
Summary: A good game which combines many of the great tracks from Gh1 to Gh 3 and Rock The 80's. contains great songs as "Free Bird", "Cult Of Personality", "Play With Me" and many more well known tracks.
Conclusion: good game but if you were looking to play your old favorites with the new style guitar be aware that the songs have been changed slightly incorperating the touch bar thus the songs not being the same as they were on previous games all the old classics are there and especially good for wii owners because we never had guitar hero's 1 2 and the 80s before
Conclusion: While it is a good game with many good songs, it is simply an unnessecary addition to the GH series. All these songs could have simply been added to the world tour downloadable content, as there isn't really any new content in the game. Only really for those who are real fans of the GH series, or really want to play some of these songs.
Conclusion: Well, as a Guitar Hero fan I've been waiting for this game for months. I've pre-ordered it at play.com and I've allready had it after 2 days (nice work!) If you have the full band guitar hero and you enjoyed world tour, well, this game rocks even more. The setlist is way to good and almost every song on it is great fun to play. If you like Guitar Hero, if you have the full band, BUY THIS!
