Summary: I have always loved 2d fighters. I like Street Fighter 2 and have played quite a bit of the more recent Street Fighter 4, also. Samurai Shodown is another favorite, as is Soul Calibur 2. I'm pretty good at these games. Not the best ever, but certainly capable. I picked this game up because I wanted a modern 2d fighter that could really push the genre to the limit. After reading many positive reviews of this game I chose this one.
Summary: Thank you SEGA for put guilty gear on the wii it one of the most played third party games I play, I just love it. coming from the capcom and snk era I just love 2d fighting games. no crappy camera to work with just straight up action from the get go. graphics are great action is fast keep on your feet and a throw back to the day of good frighter games.
Summary: The game moves great and after you get use to the odd controls with the wii mote it gets pretty fun with friends. But the final boss is just out right hard. It took me over an hour to beat the boss and with the cheap moves that she had all for one picture. But when not playing for that stuff the game is great and learning on making combos of your own is great. plus game came on date so that is good.
Summary: This game is the first Guilty Gear game I have ever owned, although not the first I've played. I only buy fighting games when I know I'll like them (such as Soul Calibur II and Super Smash Brothers Brawl), and this was no exception. The fast-paced action and just plain weird characters/techniques were too much for me to resist spending my money on. The challenge level--especially at the end of the Arcade mode--is ridiculously difficult.
Summary: If you're a fan of any of the classic 2-D fighters (Street Fighter, Samurai Showdown, any of the Neo Geo fighters) your ship has come in. GG Accent Core is chock full of all the things that made these games great (combo's, air juggles, varied characters, weapon combats, interesting and varied super moves, ultimate super moves, etc.) Pro's: -Many fighters: this game is packed with a varied cast of fighters with their own feel, moves, and strategies. No palette swaps here!
Summary: best wii fighter. guilty gear is like street fighter but better. a must play for arcade fighter fans. but i do recommend getting the wii fighting stick with it because it adds to the expirence.
Conclusion: Guilty Gear continues it's huge flashy heavy metal 2D fighting series with Accent Core. But this is where the fun parts end. As I found out the hard way; the final boss is unfairly difficult to defeat and with nothing much to do other than fight all the time it doesn't carry the fun mini games that the DS game Dust Strikers had. If you enjoy hacky, flashy and rocky then buy this game, otherwise get a better fighting game.
Brilliant!.................if you own the classic controler!

Conclusion: This is another worthy instalment of the guilty gear franchise filled with beautiful character animations and kick ass heavy metal (if you haven't played a guilty gear game trust me the music really works even if you hate metal). This is a top notch fighter with a good learning curve, provided of coarse you practice a bit first.
