Summary: If you are looking for a realistic tennis experience, this isn't it. If you are looking for a fun game, realistic or not, this isn't it. What spoils it? Lack of responsiveness. There is a terrible latency issue between you swinging the wiimote and your character swinging his racket on screen. If you want a decent tennis game then get Wii Sports Resort - it's table tennis, but at least your character moves when you move.
Summary: EA Sports grand slam tennis is too slow to respond on motionplus. I have completely finished my stroke before my player moves, so the timing is completely unrealistic. I play a shot, then I watch the ball coming over the net towards me, and the player on screen starts to move. To see how motionplus should work try table tennis on sports resort. The ball takes realistic spin, and the response feels live, the player on-screen keeps up with the Wii handset movement.
Summary: I've only played this game with the motion plus, and once you've mastered it, it really is a joy to play, which is what makes the game really frustrating. You have a great game, but it's only good for a few hours of gameplay. It took me quite a while to get the hang of it, before I mastered it I couldn't win a single game on easy mode, once I got the hang of it though I found it far too easy, even on the hardest setting.
Summary: Having been bought this game for my birthday in June I was expecting something alittle bit special from EA Sports, but after playing it for the last 6 weeks I am now selling it, why?, well I have played it without the mp, with the mp, without the nunchuck and with it, which is the best way to play it by the way, but you lose so many points because the player won't move when you want it to when moving the joystick.
Summary: I still don't get if my motion thing is not working, or game is so bad. My players dont move as it is showed on the commercial. And graphic is crazy bad also. I am taking this back tomorrow, because spending a single peny on this is a peny to much!!!
