Summary: I will preface this by saying I am an experienced martial artist and someone who knows how to throw a variety of PROPER punches the correct way. The reason I bring this up is because there is a sort of division between sports and/or exercise and martial arts or boxing in this particular case.

Summary: Gold's Gym Cardio Workout is primarily a boxing training game. There are some warmup workouts, but the game focuses on training to box. If you love boxing, then you'll be set. If you're not a fan of boxing, then it makes sense that this probably isn't the cardio system for you. You really want to have two controllers to use this - not just a controller and a nunchuck.
Summary: "Gold's Gym Cardio Workout" has several different ways to exercise: shape boxing (an exercise that uses boxing as a fitness method); boxing examination (you must pass each level before taking the next level exam); exercise (you unlock more routines as you go along); and you can also select a prepared workout for exercising. You use the Wii remote and the nunchuk for each routine or two Wii remotes. If you like you can use the balance board for the exercise portion.
Summary: This game adds some great variety to my workout routine. It's fun and really makes me sweat. I like the prearranged workouts that the game prepares for you. I recommend it highly for anyone looking for some variety in their workouts.
Summary: This is a great workout! I recommend it for those who really want to work out their upper body. When I first started using this game, I immediately felt the effects in my upper body! I was really sore, but feeling great. The workouts are fun and can be challenging. In the game you build your own profile and the instructor can develop a workout for you based on how hard you want to work or you can build your own workout.
Summary: I was trying to find a game that would work along with my Wii board and came across this one. It sounded really promising when i read peoples reviews so i decided to purchase it. I recieved it in the mail December 30th, and i have only not used it 2 days since. This is a really fun game with a lot of different things to do. I never get board because i can change up my routine every day. If i want the game will make a workout for me.
Summary: It's not that bad. For being a person who didn't move around much, I felt the muscle pain the next day. Sometimes it is hard for the wii to register your movements and then you don't get as many points even if you are moving. So it works, but I wouldn't spend too much on it.
Summary: I bought this as something new to try in my workout routine, and it is so fun, I love playing this game and I can feel the workout in my core muscles even a few days later. The only down side is that you can't track your weight with this game.
Summary: If you like getting a quality aerobic workout without making a trip to the gym, this game is for you. I work up a good sweat every time I play this game, and it always seems to be challenging. The focus of Golds Gym Cardio Workout is calisthenic warm-ups and boxing routines, which is also great if you want to learn how to box. The routines re-enforce legwork with the boxing punches, so you get a full-body exercise as a result.
