Summary: I was expecting a little more variance but this game is essentially shape boxing, with a couple warm up type games. It does provide a decent workout to get your heart rate up as long as you put in the effort.

Summary: I would love it but it freezes up at one point so I have to buy another one if I want to do the exercise part of it. Which I do. It does the boxing part and as soon as it shows you a exercise it stops. I love it but unhappy that I will have to buy another one.
Summary: I for one am glad I bought this game. I love kickboxing, and am working on getting back in shape, so this is a challenge for me. It takes you through a tutorial of the basics before you unlock the actual workouts.
Summary: As an overweight, 42 year old woman, I bought this game with a mixture of curiosity and dread. Boy, am I glad that I did! This is seriously fun, and after 1 month, I am developing arm and other muscles that I only dreamed about. My only complaint is the muzak music which is randomly annoying.
Summary: This game is a great work out, i was sweating my backside off. The name should be just cardio boxing though, it is the basis of the whole game. It is a good buy if you are looking for a work out not a game.

Summary: I've had this for a month now, and I have to say I've really enjoyed myself. I got bored with the Wii Fit within a few weeks; my biggest complaint that other than the Hula Hoop, nothing really gave me a good workout. Can't say that for this "game.
