Super fun way to workout

Summary: I LOVE this. It is challenging and interesting. It has many options and settings so you can really get a good workout no matter what fitness level you're at. Of course, like any fitness workout, you get out what you put in. Keep good bounce in your rhythm, punch strong and keep your abs tight.
Summary: I have owned this game for a few years now, and continue to use it fairly regularly. It's one of my favorite options for working out with the Wii. Most of the exercises are cardio boxing. If you're not interested in this at all, then there's really no benefit to getting the game.
I lost 50 pounds in 9 months mostly thanks to this game!

Summary: I started playing this game in 2011 because I was 40 pounds overweight and hated the idea of going to a gym or running. I immediately fell in love with it because it is fun and is a really good workout ... by the end of my first workout, I was dripping in sweat but had a huge smile on my face.
Summary: I got this after years of using my Wii Fit Plus and finally deciding to expand my exercise video game collection to two! This is an excellent, excellent game for those who don't want a drill sergeant or a motivational speaker when it comes to instruction.
Summary: I also own EA Sports More Workouts, Active II, and NFL Training Camp. I like them all but I find this a worthy addition. I enjoy the variety of punching during the whole session and the relatively quick workouts that get the job done when I don't have an hour to invest.
Summary: I will preface this by saying I am an experienced martial artist and someone who knows how to throw a variety of PROPER punches the correct way. The reason I bring this up is because there is a sort of division between sports and/or exercise and martial arts or boxing in this particular case.
Summary: Gold's Gym Cardio Workout is primarily a boxing training game. There are some warmup workouts, but the game focuses on training to box. If you love boxing, then you'll be set. If you're not a fan of boxing, then it makes sense that this probably isn't the cardio system for you.
Summary: This is one of the best reviewed wii exercise games on the market, and when I received it from Amazon, I quickly learned why. You will learn how to box, have fun, and get a good workout. I hope this software company continues to update this game.
