Summary: It was almost kind of clever. Many of the games are similar to each other. THERE IS A LOT OF LOAD TIME. Also, at the end of a match you go through 3 different steps of the characters either bragging about their win or lamenting their loss. It might be fun foir a little while, more so if it gets cheaper.
Summary: I got this game for my boys on a whim. Having seen many positive reviews, I figured that the family would enjoy it, and I was correct! This probably isn't a "gamer's game"- most of it is pretty simple, kinda like Wii Sports Resort, but for just plain ol' FUN, this is a good one. We've all played it now (my husband and I are in our 40's, and the kids are both just under 10 years old), laughed out loud at the silliness of some of the characters, and just plain enjoyed it.
Summary: This game is not complicated or in-depth - it's even fairly mindless and repetitive - but it is fun for awhile and the characters are pretty funny. The worst thing about it is that the controls for many games are the same as others, so you're essentially playing the same games over and over with different graphics. If you mix it up and use both the controller and the balance board you can create a more varied game experience.
Summary: Okay. So the first thought I had was, this looks pretty cool. BUT I WAS WRONG. The one where you have to saw off 3 pieces of wood off the log? All you do is shake the wii remote as fast as you can, and it hurts! So then there is one where you're on a waterfall and you have to run on the logs to survive, and it's impossible, the CPUs are like superhuman! And when you climb, it's the same thing.
Summary: We recently bought ourselves a WII, so we don't have many games. I bought this game for my husband for Christmas. We played and laughed and quit with are arms hurting. We played for almost 2 hours and didn't realize the time had gone by. This game for us (as beginners and already Grandparents..lol) was easy to learn. It used your arm muscles when "sawing" a log into pieces. It was great and when our grand children reach playing age they will have lots of fun.
