Summary: Bought this game for my 4yr old. He has been able to master the controls and get through the game very well. It is still keeping his interest after a week and a half. My one complaint would be the bilingual portion.
Summary: I have a 3 year old boy and a 5 year old girl and I wanted to get a game that they would both like and be true to the wii motions. I read lots of reviews on Amazon before purchasing this game and I was never able to find it in stores.
Summary: Our 3 and a half year old absolutely loves this video game. It only took him 20 minutes to pick up the controls of the game. Since the game only uses the Wiimote, it's a lot simpler for a child his age to pick up the controls as well.
Summary: When our son got interested in trying the Wii when he was about 3, I looked high and low for an appropriate game for him. This was the perfect choice. There is enough variety to make it interesting but it is easy for him to play by himself.
Summary: I got this for two grandsons ages 4 & 5.5. This game was great right out of the box. quick to learn the actions you have take to gain points. It is a single player game but that makes it better when the boys are so close in age. They learn to take turns.
Summary: We bought "Safari Rescue" for our son who turned 3 just three days prior to us giving it to him on Christmas. He instantly took to the game and was able to play with a small amount of verbal assistance.
Summary: Our daughter will be three in a couple months, and she LOVES this game. No, it's not the most educational, and older kids will probably breeze through it, but this is the ONLY game I've come across that is good for preschool age kids (and younger).
Summary: I researched every review I could find before buying this game for my 3 year old. I thought it was a little expensive for a child, but I'm so glad I bought it. We'd rented the CARS games for him before, but they are a little hard to control and he would get stuck. The Diego game is perfect.
Summary: I wrangled for days over whether I should risk the disappointment of my 3 1/2 year old son by giving him a video game that he wouldn't be able to play. I finally caved in and handed it over. I couldn't be happier. My son had never played a Wii (or any other video game) before Safari Rescue.
