A good introductory game for little gamers

Southpaw, Amazon
10 March 2013
  • Summary: I bought this for my then four-year-old nephew. Since I'm a gamer, he's always wanted to play the games I play, such as Super Mario, but doesn't know how. So after Googling about video games that are suitable for preschoolers, I stumbled on this. He also loves Diego, so that was a plus. Go Diego Go Safari Rescue is a good, introductory game for little, newbie gamers. Diego's voice is the same as the series.

Kids love the game

M. Piasecki, Amazon
14 August 2012
  • Summary: My children (ages 5-3) love this game. It's very easy for them to play- which is great, when many of the games require too much fine tuning for them to be able to play that doesn't frustrate them. The graphics are simple, and look nice. Children can easily understand what they need to do for the different games. I would recommend this game for both boys and girls and pre-school or even younger children who need a fun and easy kid friendly game for the Wii.

A Year After Buying ...

WryGuy2, Amazon
19 November 2011
  • Summary: I bought this game for the Wii, "Go Diego Go Safari Rescue" last Christmas for my (then) 5 year old boy and 4 year old girl. Now, after we've had and used it for almost a year, here are my impressions of the game: Pros: - The controls are simple enough to use and understand that both of my children were able to get the hang of it almost immediately, and only rarely need my help to get past a tough spot - The game has a real feelng of similarity the "Go Diego Go" TV...

Great for really young kids!

J. Bell, Amazon
22 May 2011
  • Summary: My four and five year old love this game! It reminds me of an old Gameboy game, which is a good thing because most games these days are too complicated for young kids to pick up easily. This game shows you each motion you need to perform, and you pretty much only use one button on the remote.

  • Summary: I bought this for my 4 year old who is on a big Diego kick. He is able to play it with no help from an adult and enjoys it very much. Great for when I have things I need to do around the house to keep him occupied.

Go Diego Go software review

Diane, Amazon
21 December 2009
  • Summary: Great Game! I bought this for a 4 & 3 yr old. The 4 yr old mastered it in a few days. The 3 yr old was confused by it. I thought when I purchased that it supported 2 players at once for the game. Only for the racing parts does it allow two players. So some initial confusion but for one player to do the game the 4 yr old LOVES it. I'd recommend it for a singular player and two players if a friend is over for a short time. Otherwise at this age...

My older kids pay it

L. Mitchell "Mom of 6", Amazon
3 April 2009
  • Summary: I bought this game so that my 2 and 4 year old could get used to the Wii without getting frustrated; however, my 5 and 8 year olds enjoy playing. It's not one of their favorites, but if I put it in (for the little ones) they'll end up playing it. BTW: The little ones always want to play Wii sports and Mario and Sonic at the "Polempic" games.
