I had the chance to review the Wii version of Atari’s Ghostbusters: The Video Game. Many know that the Wii is the weakest of all the next generation consoles in the visual department, but it makes up some ground with its innovative control. With this in mind I was actually looking forward to seeing what would be offered using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Read more

For many, the films Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II hold a special place in the nostalgic memories of their childhood. Whether old enough to have seen the films at the cinema, re-watched them again and again on VHS, or caught them when first aired on TV: the Ghostbusters franchise is integral to our pop culture heart. Its popularity mirrored only by two other '80s and '90s family adventure film series: Indiana Jones and Back to the Future. Read more

Ghostbusters 3 has finally arrived--in video game form! Talk about 'something strange'... Ever since the release of Ghostbusters II in 1989, fans have been eager to return to the slime-filled world of Peter, Ray, Egon, and Winston. Well, it’s been twenty years, but Dan Aykroyd Harold Ramis, and developers Terminal Reality and Red Fly have finally seen fit to pen a new script, which pits the specter-trapping quartet against a Gozer-worshiping ghost named Shandor. I run a video game review site known as the GamerGeek Review, so I purchased the Xbox 360 and Wii version to properly compare the 2 versions. But from the start, I expected this one to be a disappointment as games that have released low-quality versions on the Wii and PS2 in the past were. I was quite surprised to find the game is very well rounded and enjoyable. Read more

When i was a kid i LOVED watching Ghostbusters movies / cartoons now i'm 30 and still love them! It's a great game for anyone to play, the controls are a little difficult to control at first until you get used to it. Other than that It's fun destroying stuff and blasting ghosts left and right. Great Game! Read more
