Summary: I have been using this since January only missing a couple of days. I have went from 165 to 145, my blood pressure is also lower. It is not boring she keeps me motivated. Would recommend it to any one that has thought about a workout tape.
Summary: I bought this game and really do enjoy it. What I like the most is the variety of different goals you can choose to set for yourself. I do wish there was a calendar function to where it has you choose which days to workout and which to rest, that way you have that to use as a commitment and an extra motivator. I also wish they would have released this game via Kinect in the US since I think it would be able to recognize your moves a bit more accurately.
Summary: This is a GREAT Wii game! I’m in good shape, but was getting very little results and pretty bored with my DVD collection. However, this definitely pushes me way outside of my comfort zone, and I have not done the same routine in over a month. Also, I'm seeing great results. I would highly recommend this product as it’s just like having my very own personal trainer without the high cost.
Summary: Its been awhile since I have worked out and this feels like a great program for beginners. At the end of a session if it was too hard or not hard enough of a work out you can let it know that and it will make it easier / harder next time. I have done 5 or so 30 minute workouts and every day its a different routine which is nice so its not so repetative. I have been sore the last couple days so I know its working.
Summary: I like that their are tons of options in workouts and goals and that you can customize a workout. She is likable and easy to understand. The only negative is at times I think that the read from the controller is off as I am doing the exercise exactly the same and the measure will significantly drop at times giving me a poorer score than deserved.
Summary: I first began tracking this game long before it came to market. In fact I had pre-ordered it; however, when the release date kept being pushed back and changed my mind and canceled my pre-order. I revisited this game looking for a game to incorporate into my exercise repertoire as I am officially an exergamer: One who uses video games to get her workout on.
Summary: I'm positive I own every wii game that is a workout game so I can compare each to every other. I thought the Biggest Loaer Challenge was great at burning calories until I got this one. I actually bought it because another reviewer said it had fun step aerobics. I thought even if that was all it had, I love doing that on the wii with my balance board and step platform so that was enough... This is truly an all-around full-body great workout, however.
Summary: I bought this game to follow after using the My Fitness Coach program for two years. This is a lot of fun. There is just the right amount of time between activities and the mix of workout types is just what I was looking for. She only occasionally asks after the workout if it was too hard, too easy, or just right. My Fitness Coach used to ask that several times through the workout, which was annoying.
