Summary: I like the workouts in this game, for my level of fitness they give me a good workout and get my heart pumping. The camera really wasn't worth the effort to plug in, it only shows you a reflection of yourself and doesn't offer any comments on your posture or how well/ badly you are doing the exercise so I ended up unplugging the camera and work out without it.
Summary: This game is not too bad. I have so many games but this one does not stand out for me that much. I already had a camera from another games so I really only need the Fit - Six game by it self. But I love variety so this helps me keep my exercise going. I must have not gotten too far in the same because I don't remember using all those different exercise equipment shown on the cover. Maybe it will appear when I do it more.
Summary: I bought this on sale from Target. I really didn't need it because I have lots of exercises videos and games such as Windsor Pilates, Kathy Smith's Project You, Tony Horton's P90x, Wii FIt, Wii Fit Plus, Zumba. I don't have the EA sports so I cannot make that comparison. I compare Fit in Six to a mix between P90x and Zumba-like exercises. I was impressed with the format with the ability for you to pick and choose what types of workouts you want to do.
Summary: Having used Ubisoft's My Fitness Coach for the past two years, I have been looking for a similar exercise program that would supplement and extend that game, Fit in Six turned out to be a great extension of the same type of program. Like Coach, it offers short segments that emphasize 6 different types of training.
Summary: I have tried almost every exergaming program on the Wii and while Fit in Six isn't a game per se....it is a tremendous workout program. I also believe there isn't a more comprehensive workout program. There are six main components of fitness but there are a vast amount of workout options that accompany the six. 99 different workouts varying from cardio dance, abs, upper arms, back sculpting, kickboxing, power punching, latin dance, fit for life, etc. etc. etc.
Summary: Our company is doing a wellness initiative this year and I thought this would be a good addition for stretching and just some general exercise in addition to my 10,000+ steps per day. I've only done a couple of workouts but absolutely love the exercises. I've done the "beach" workout (get ready for a bikini) and was sore the next day.
