  • Summary: There is no customization at all except for how loud the music is and the trainer's voice. You type your name, weight, and age and that's it. You're in the game. There's no tutorial. You just pick a fitness goal for the workout. It doesn't ask what equipment you have. After picking a fitness goal, It indicates how many points you need in each of the six areas - upper body, balance, lower body, card, core, flexibility to meet that goal.

  • Summary: One word.. "Boring"!! and also a waste of $$. You basically follow this moves on the screen just like a regular fitness DVD. Although there are many programs you can choose, the wii doesnt register your moves. I mean you can even go out for a movie .. come back and it just continues playing saying that you have completed all the moves successfully at the end. You can judge that you are doing it right by watching yourself through a camera on the screen..
