Summary: I received it in timely manner and it was in excellent condition. I really don't know anything about it because I bought it for a Christmas present. It was on a Christmas wish list so I assume that they wanted it and enjoyed it.
Summary: I bought two copies of Final Fantasy; Echoes of Time for Wii and the D.S. I bought the D.S. copy for my brother, and the Wii version for me, mainly because I enjoy playing on a bigger screen, and hearing better sound quality. As soon as the title screen came into view, I was dissapointed. The two screens were adjustable in thier size, but not by much.
Summary: I don't like the split-screen style of play, which really requires you to play the game on a large screen. I still can hardly read the words on the largest screen in my house. I also think they should have allowed multiplayer on the same consol.
Summary: why?.... WHY THE HELL did they make the screen size the same ratio/shape/size as the ds. it looks like this was only ported over. now what am i going to do. i guess i will play it, after all it is ff, but man that's annoying its like playing a computer game in non-full or maximized form. aka in a little window that covers half the screen. and the background a constant yellow. oh a did i mention that the menu is ALWAYS open such a in a 2 screen ds version.
Hello, this is Square. Just thought we'd phone one in.

Summary: I knew this was going to be a port of the DS game. I saw the screenies ( insert pun, here... ) showing top and bottom DS screens side-by-side, I just kind of assumed Square Enix would put in an option to fill the TV screen with one of them, and maybe a button to shuffle between them. No such luck. The best you can do is adjust the sizes, slightly, and juxtapose them. Bad news for gamers with ancient eyes, and smaller TVs, like me. I like this game a lot.
Summary: THIS ISN'T YOUR TYPICAL FINAL FANTASY GAME EITHER SO JUST BEING AN FF FAN WON'T ALWAYS BE ENOUGH, IT IS MORE OF AN ACTION RPG THAN A TRADITIONAL RPG.This game is a lot like the Gamecube version of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles except it removes the Crystal Chalice that was a mandatory traveling item. Aside from that you also now have the ability to jump for better or for worse.
Conclusion: well, it's not one of the best FF games out there, but you should consider giving it a shot. It is quite fun, though i'm not sure what twistednibble is saying about FF and multiplayer seeing as there are more FF single players than multiplayer and they're excellent.
Conclusion: I bought this purely on the name only and that I trusted the content would be along the same vein as all the others. I've played most of the FF series on all consoles and I found it disappointing as FF games go, good for multiplayer but not really a good single player game as AI is woefully bad, and short story.
