Summary: In the Wii the graphics are only slightly improved. Fifa 10 is an arcade style game, not a challenging game that combines skill and brains like Fifa 09. I liked the manager's mode of Fifa 09. In Fifa 10 if you play well you win, in 09 you could create a team to help you win. The changes in Fifa 10 will excite a few, but not me.
Summary: I did not enjoy playing this game. I scored quite a few goals from midfield and all the shots I took were in slow motion at first and then extremely fast. It becomes annoying really fast. This game is not very realistic. It's arcade style turned me off completely. If you want to play something that even comes close to the real thing, try Pro Evolution soccer for the Wii.
Summary: I bought this game because the FIFA 2008 I'd been playing was so much fun. This version of the game has better graphics, but took away almost all of the features which allowed you to customize the experience. The manager mode I thought was great, is not really there anymore. You can play the same manager on the same team for ever, but you can't switch teams or leagues.
Conclusion: Could nt wait to play this when i heard it was coming out, but what a truly awful follow up to fifa09. Best avoid this as its more of an arcade version! Graphics have gone backwards and the management option is just the worst not being able to use money for transfers. Stick with fifa 09!!!
Conclusion: kinda like fifa 09 but always thought pro evo wii always had more to it. fifa 10 is a strange one because it has no reason to exist really i have mario strickers for my arcade footie and pro evo for my simulation i dont need a half harted version of the 2.
Conclusion: This game is very disappointing because they have ruined FIFA 10 by adding the free-kick/penalty feature and its really hard to score. If you want to buy a FIFA game buy FIFA 09, its so much better than FIFA 10. Its a joke!
Summary: This game suffers from a curse that seems to hit every Multi Format game that hits the Wii. The games developers look at the Wii and try to make use of the technology behind the controllers and think up strange controller actions that quite frankly don't always make sense. Whilst using the Wii remote shaking the remote from left to right allows you to tackle an opponent which feels right however on the ball if you shake the Wii remote left to right your player shoots.
Summary: Firstly the Amazon product description is wrong..it doesn't relate to the wii version of FIFA 2010. So make sure you read the reviews! The game itself..it's fun but only for a while. It's designed as an arcade style game and therefore has lots of novel ideas implemented (slow motion, pre-match targets, shaking the remote on corners and freekicks).
Summary: I was really looking forward to playing FIFA 10 and what a disappointment its turned out to be. To me who ever designed it must seriously go back to the drawing board as FIFA 09 is much, much better. I cannot understand when taking free kicks when it says poor shot but yet it goes in the back of the net. I will be sending this game back as I will stick to playing FIFA 09 as also that has more choices than FIFA 10.
Summary: I deciced to rent this game out first for a week before i consider buying it. I played for about 2 hours and it was it total waste. They have a weird system on corners and freekicks where you have to shake the wii remote and if you do it you score. no skill need whatsoever. it is to easy to score, all my goals have come from outside the box and there is this stupid momentum bar which makes it super slow motion!
