Disney Epic Mickey 2 The Power of Two
Family Friendly Gaming
2 February 2013
Excerpt: There are so many wonderful titles that come out around Thanksgiving. Family Friendly Gaming loved Disney Epic Mickey. The whole paint and thinner concept was revolutionary. Well Disney Interactive Studios is back with a sequel - Disney Epic Mickey 2 The Power of Two. Oswald is a more prominent character. He has a remote that uses electricity. Which can interact with certain objects.
Gorgeous, nostalgic, but sadly frustrating Disney adventure.

Summary: Parents need to know that Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is an action and adventure game for kids, but that parts may prove frustratingly tricky for its target audience -- and perhaps even their parents. Kids play in a dark and frequently gloomy world. Players confront choices throughout the game, and will need to think about the potential consequences that might come with their actions.
Summary: Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two often fluctuates from being entertaining and enjoyable to being a frustrating mess. In terms of characterisation and charm it's excellent, and some puzzles and areas can be interesting, but it's an incredibly uneven experience. The co-op concept seems unnecessary, in truth, and the overall package feels rushed and incomplete; it's certainly not up to the standards of its predecessor.
