  • Summary: This takes you underwater to meet a whole new world. Amazing detail and sound. It make you feel as if you're actually swimming with a pod of blue whales.

  • Summary: Did not care for this product. The animation was not that great and a 2 year old could operate. Not a great purchase for me.

  • Summary: A step up from previous release, EO: BW is a very relaxing game that provides a great view of the bottom of the ocean. If you're tired of pursuing goals on other titles, look no further.

  • Summary: This game is very pretty. Relaxing to watch the underwater scenes. The kids DO play this game, but not as much as Harvest Moon or Mario Party.

  • Summary: I highly recommend this to any gamer looking for a unique experience. Endless Ocean: Blue World is a wonderful work of art, providing beautiful and detailed scenery. This game has the perfect balance between leisure and excitement. Overall, the game is very laid-back; most areas are safe while some have certain dangers to be cautious about. Players are free to explore the game and plot-line at their own pace.

Cool

  • Summary: I bought this Wii game for my 7 year old son who loves all things ocean. He likes this game. He hasn't played it a whole lot yet. I like the graphics. It is a very cool visual game and much more calming than the shoot it up games. He keeps dying because he runs out of air in his tank. It's a good game. Would recommend to anyone.

Swimming Through Blue World

Ryu, Amazon

  • Summary: The only thing I knew about this game at first was that my special needs child would play it quietly at his grandmother's house. I figured any game that my child would play without the normal screeming would be worth having. Unfortunately for my ears my child refused to play it anywhere except at his grandmother's. I started to play it at first simply trying to get something back from my purchase but quickly got hooked.

If you hate having to run/swim away don't get it.

  • Summary: My impression with EO 1 was that I could freely explore the environment without having to look over my shoulder. I enjoyed getting close to the sharks without them ripping off my head, including megladon. So I went to check out 2 in hopes it would be the same. Sadly it was nothing like it. More like an underwater horror survival. I had started the game having to rescue the ignorant girl who dived off the boat to go hide in an underwater cave.

  • Summary: WOW! did I mention WOW! My daughter bought a PS3 where I bought a Wii, I can't get her off my Wii because of this game. She has looked and can't find it in PS3 format but she did say that she would pay the high prices that some of the games run where normally she will wait for a game to run its course and reduce down in price before she will purchase it. Its a visual delight and very educational as far as fish and even some geography is concerned.

Relaxing but also repetive and boring at times

D. Doucet, Amazon
11 February 2012
  • Summary: Pros - Decent graphics for a Wii game. If you are into undersea creatures or scuba diving this game may appeal to you. Relaxing and leisurely (could also be considered a con if you like more action). Has a lot of undersea creatures to discover. And some pretty cool looking places you can visit. Can befriend certain animals (mostly dolphins) and train them. Cons- Gets a little repetitive and boring.
