Summary: And a game like playground really puts her in the elementary school mode. I like how she makes a point to play with all the kids in the game because she hopes to play like this on the real playground!
Summary: Let's get the only negative out of the way, shall we? The reason I can't give this mini-game collection 5 stars is because of the way you have to walk around on the playground. You character (when not in a mini-game) is controlled by using the d-pad. Since you're pointing the controller at the screen, this just feels awkward. I'm happy to report though that this isn't a problem in any of the mini-games; all of which are excellent.
Summary: This game has several different playground oriented games to play. My son at age 4 loved playing the paper airplane racer and the car race that looks like hot wheels cars on one of their plastic tracks. There is also handball and tetherball which he got the hang of quickly. This is one of the first games he could play on his own without my constantly helping him along. If your kids are older... above 7 probably... then I don't know if I'd get it.
Summary: This game is pretty fun and has lots of mini games to keep the kids happy. I personally like the slot car racing the best followed by wallball and the darts game. Overall this is a good game that gets played quite a bit in our house.
Summary: I bought this for my four year old and I am so glad I did! There are alot of mini games throughout the game. I love how cute it is, and is very user friendly. My own mother loves to play this game with my son! You can play multiplayer, or story mode, where you receive stickers for every game you beat on the play ground, and the games get harder and harder as you go.
Summary: I rented this game from Blockbuster and enjoyed playing it. You start the game and it will tell you to pick a kid. Then you talk to a guy that will let you buy stickers to put in your book that you have when you complete a game. And if you walk to an area that has a bag of marbles in it walk to it and collect it because sooner or later you might want to buy a sticker. If you win a game you will get a star.
Summary: I bought this as a game my husband could play with our 5 year old and it is great for that! It gets a bit tedious for my husband but it allows the two to have fun together without frustrating my 5 year old. If you're over 10 I"d say give it a miss but for the younger crowd two thumbs up.
Summary: We've had this game for over a month and much to my 20+ son's amazement all his friends really love it. I got it for the aarp crowd but seems like the whole family loves it. Dodge ball is super but takes pratice in multi player mode. slot cars and dart wars are great fun. The kids like it better than beer pong. Good! Easy to learn for littlins as well as us oldies, and great fun for all. It was worth the price.
