Summary: First of all this was released in 2006 it might of had more value back then but it's still one of my favorites on Wii. This is similar to GTA because you can free roam, shoot guns, piss off the police etc. the thing that's different is hat every car/vehicle you can go into can also be customized, there are are a lot of paint jobs you can do plus+ nitro!
Summary: Prepare your moral compass for cop-killing and foul language. Main character is not a "good guy" like previous games. Many of the reviews I read before buying this game said it was like gta, but not as violent. Well I would say it is just as violent, just not as graphic. You don't bash anyone's head in with a bat or a hammer, but you do murder innocent people. I always held driver higher than gta, but if they're going to go the trash route, gta wins. Good driving though.
Summary: I bought Driver San Fransisco..loved it..every aspect of the game is superb...controllers are great and cut-scenes are short like they should be and free roam is tight..... Driver: Parallel Lines however is another story....First Let me give you the Pro's..there is one..you can exit your vehicle.take another another or even run people over or fight people out of your car.... Now the Cons...Game play is terrible...the control''s in the game just do not work..
Summary: First before i say anything this review wont just complain about the steering and handbrake. the steering isnt that bad you just use the nunchuk control stick but the handbrake is a little tricky because you tilt it to activate it, which sometimes you relax and let tilt to the side. also a steering wheel will not work.
Summary: This game is great i am a huge fan of the driver series i have Driver and Driver2 for PS and love them. I have been waiting for a GTA type game for the Wii and i totally missed this game coming out. It is great the game play the story line i love them all. Driver San francisco comes out the end of AUG and i cant wait. This will keep me busy for the next two months till then.
Summary: Overall this a a good driving/adventure game. The graphics are OK. There are alot of places to explore and a wide variety of cars and trucks. The Wii controls are a bit tricky to master for this application and there is some violence and a few 4-letter words. Overall engaging and held my interest.
Summary: Seeing as how Rockstar felt the DS deserved a GTA game (which has become another in the list of excellent games released on Nintendo consoles that hasn't sold as well as it should), they may eventually take a chance and release a game on the Wii, or its successor. Until then, we have Driver: Parallel Lines.
