Donkey Kong Country Returns is awesome! ^_^

Summary: When I heard that it was not made by their original developers, I was kind of unsure about how this will go. In addition, I'm not a huge fan of Wii either, but after playing this game, man, it's awesome!! Donkey Kong Country Returns not only met up to my expectations, it went way above it! It has the same amazing charm and humor as it once did, and the level designs, OMIGAWD, the LEVEL DESIGNS are insane! They're so clever and so fun to play.
Nintendo revamps and old classic, and does it well

Summary: Nintendo proves they are still a front runner of the video game industry with this nostalgic addition to the Donkey Kong franchise. Rather than innovating something dissatisfying, Nintendo decided to revamp the SNES classic Donkey Kong Country to format a new era and new system. You will love the picturesque graphics, the limitless secrets and the interactive play-style the Wii is known for as you go through the challenging levels (about 8-10 per world, 8 worlds +1 bonus...
Summary: I'm not much of a video game player but the rest of my family play. Given that, a game that pulls me in and keeps me interested is a bit unusual. I find I can play this game for an hour until my finger starts hurting and I realize that its time to make dinner. My kids were over visiting and had a lot of fun playing and directing each others moves. My husband is having a blast with this one, too.
Great, safe game for kids, can be boring for adults

Summary: This is the rating my 6 year old son gives this game. It is simple enough in concept but it isn't a simple game to play. It is challenging in areas, is fun and colorful and keeps you trying. I personally don't really care for the game much - I would give this a 3 rating. I feel it is a good game but I get bored with it way quicker than my sons.
Summary: During the mid to late 90's the Rare's Donkey Kong Country series were my favourite games. Intense platforming action combined with graphics and music so awesome that you couldn't believe they were coming out of a 16Bit Super Nintendo. I could also go as far to say that the original DKC was (and probably still is) my favourite 2D platform game of all time, Super Mario purists may scoff but there's something I really like about the British take on the platform genre.
Summary: I love Donkey Kong Country Returns! Its got the same classic fun with a twist. It can be difficult though, so I wouldnt recommend this for very young children but somewhere from 10 years on up. This game has nicely done graphics done in bright jungle colors and definitely more 3d than the originals. This is a lot of fun with two players or simply by yourself even. as far as content goes its a very clean game.
Summary: Awesome game. The title says it all. Donkey Kong Country makes an epic return as Donkey Kong races through jungles and beaches as he collects the K, O, N, and G letters, and of course, thousands of bananas. Also, there is 2 player story mode. P2 plays as Diddy Kong, Donkey's little sidekick. There is also time attack, where you have to go through a level as fast as you can. This is an epic game and a really good comeback for the Donkey Kong series.
