Summary: Granted we have a small TV compared to most people, but the real killer with this game is that it's hard (especially for kids) to tell what is going on in the game. It's dark, for one thing, and when the characters get any distance apart, you really can't tell what your character is doing. So, my kids haven't ever chosen to play it. Which is a bummer, because it's a really fun idea.
Summary: The game it is simple and nice to play but I don't like the main menus, are not very intuitive and they are confusing. It will be nice to have an option for beginners so small kids can play and have fun.
Summary: my hunny bought this for me in hopes I get more into video games. Cute game! Very good for beginners, but not zoo much for me. I'm more into dance games. Great beginner game, A+ graphics, and good variation of fun.
Summary: My son asked for this game several times so we decided to get it for him for Christmas. I really don't know that much about Wii games but I actually did play this game with my husband. We figured it out ok. I thought there were some creepy voices that said creepy things but that doesn't seem to bother my 6 year old. I think it is an ok game.
Summary: I gave this game 3 stars because I was a little disappointed in it... As a mom and child development major my problem #1 with the game is that it is a co-operative play game that doesn't encourage co-operative play. My children get frustrated with each other because each character can hit and "kill" a co-player causing them to loose points / gold and disrupts the play ( they are even encourage to do this by the game).
Summary: I have to say, this is a great game for kids. It's very simple, funny, and Disney managed to use it's characters and scenarios very creatively. It reminded me a lot of the Lego games; it has mini puzzles in every level that you need to solve in order to advance and unlock new costumes. But beware... although this game can be played by up to 4 players at a time, it is MOSTLY a competitive rather than a cooperative game.
Summary: I gave this game 3 stars because I was disappointed in Disney. I am a huge fan of their line of video games (Epic Mickey, Kingdom Heart Series, etc). However this game was nothing like the others. This is definitely geared towards a much younger crowd. It is extremely simple game play. Whatever you are supposed to do next is given to you. You can't really die. The objects you need to find are pretty easy if you just explore a little.
