Summary: This game is a bust! It is only a 1 person game unless you are in the toybox mode. But even then, the Wii version does not offer everything that the other systems offer. Disney played on the Skylander theme and bombed! Skylanders is a fun game that I can play with my children.
Excerpt: I got this game for the kids for Christmas, because it was what they were begging for. The Story mode can only be played by one person at a time, even if you have other characters from that story, and most of the other characters you buy, such as Rapunzel, Elsa, and Wreck it Ralph (which, for my...
Summary: I knew it was a one player on the playsets but I didnt know that you couldn't link the wii to your online account. They didn't say that on the box or at the Disney infinity site. If we couldn't get everything the game can do then why the sme price for the game as the rest of the consoles?
Summary: So disappointed. My son saved and scraped his money for this...only to find out that the multi-player option is only available in toy box mode for Wii consoles. Shame on you Disney for not flagging it clearly on your packaging!
Summary: I was really excited for this game because my son and I love playing Skylanders Giants together, and this is essentially a Disney themed Skylanders rip-off mixed with a little Mine Craft level building. But I was very disappointed when I actually played it because the Wii version is awful.
The Wii version lacks more than just multiplayer!!

Summary: The Wii version of this game lacks more than just the capability to play two player. It also only has a fraction of the number of collectibles that the other platforms have. When you find toys in the playsets many of them do not transfer over to the toy box like the other systems.
Summary: The coop thing has been mentioned so I'll cover the other doozie: there appears to be no way to connect to the online Toy box features of the other consoles. Cutting playset coop to focus on the toy box of experience makes a kind of sense until you realize this version doesn't have that either.
Summary: My 5 yr old son loved skylanders. It was easy to learn and we played it together. So he naturally wanted disney infinity for the wii. Well, it's too complicated for a 5 yr old, and it just doesn't seem that much fun. The split screen takes the fun out of us playing it together.
