Summary: I'm not a frequent viewer of "Deal or No Deal" on TV, but I always wondered how I would do if I were on the show (as I imagine many people do). So I purchased this game hoping that the experience would be a quality one. The video game does resemble the TV show in many ways. The format of the game is the same... you choose a number of cases, and then the bank makes you an offer, which you either accept or decline, and the cycle continues.
Summary: This game was definitely not what I was expecting. You do not get to create your own character (you have to choose from a select few people.) Howie Mandel talks forever between opening cases. It is a little fun for a short period of time.
Summary: Bought the Wii version for my husband and got myself Wheel Of Fortune. Even though he's more a fan of Deal, he prefers to play Wheel. Wheel has much better graphics and it's more fun. He got bored with Deal after only a couple of games.
Summary: Game spends to much time jumping to other games. Not easy to load and graphics are poor at best. Love the Wii and understand the graphics are not the best but this game is well below average. It would be nice just to be able to play a game of Deal or no Deal with the family without all the extras. Would not recommend.
Summary: We love Deal or No Deal on TV and have even played a couple of online games, so we were excited to get the wii version of the game. Though I loved that they used Howie's actual voice, the game moves very slowly and is quite boring. Even with the mini games and challenges, I don't see this as being a game we pick up again. Also, the graphics are awful.
Summary: This games is exactly like the show, but not in a good way. It's fun the very first time you play but then get's boring. The same phrases are said all the time and you end up skipping through the whole thing. There's not much excitement. There's added features so you can mix it up a little but all you're doing is picking cases. Also, I was excited you could do multiplayer and someone could be the banker.
Excerpt: Deal or No Deal on the Wii is a game that I bought and have got tired of the game already. It comes with good graphics and also it just feels like you are playing the real game it self. You can communicate with the banker and also Noel speaks all the time when something happens. The other players in the game look around while you play.It seems like a glitch more than realistic at all if I am being honest which does not help the game play for the game.
