A Fun Rail-Shooter That Precedes the First Dead Space
7 June 2014
Summary: For those who are not entirely familiar with the Dead Space series, Dead Space is a sci-fi action-horror game with an intricate storyline about how humanity had invented giant, commercialized space ships in the future with the purpose of harvesting valuable minerals from other planets, or...
Summary: A well crafted rail shooter. This game has a lot more narration than other rail shooters (such as Resident Evil) and you can't fast forward through it. A lot of levels you will spend more time with the narration then shooting the space monsters. But the story and narration is good.
Summary: I played this before playing dead space one. BIG MISTAKE. It kinda spoils some things in the first dead space which was just stupid on my part to think that it wouldn't. The visuals and sound is just great. The tie in with the first game is simply amazing.
Summary: the game itself worked so no complaints there. the only thing was the case has annoying sticky stuff from previous sticker, so it sticks to my other games in my collection, but hey, just a little annoyance, that is all.
Summary: For the Wii Gaming console this game is definitely fun. It is not in my top 3 games that I like to play but definitely in my top 10. The different types of guns are challenging to get used to and to know which one is best to use at which part of the game.
Summary: Wife and I enjoyed our first shooter on rails game. Wii is perfect for shooters (we did use the Wii Zapper) and the rails keep it straight-forward and fun. You can really ratchet up the degree of difficulty (from Normal to Impossible) and the extra abilities keep it interesting.
Summary: This game is clearly a prequel to the Dead Space game. It takes you through the encounter of the marker, and then you start to see the colony's workers hallucinating and go on killing sprees. This had a more story-developing element in that you get to see what happened firsthand.
