Not as fun as the old Cruis'N games, but still a passable effort.

Summary: The Cruis'N games for the arcades and the N64 were some of the most entertaining race games ever created in my opinion. I have fond memories of playing those games for hours on end, so I was really looking forward to this newer version to play on my Nintendo Wii system. The game was designed by Eugene Jarvis, the same fellow who brought the Cruis'N games to the world back in the 90's, so I had high hopes that this one would be pretty great given the power of the Wii...
Summary: Due to the title of this release there is some disappointment and confusion. While this called "Cruis'n" it's actually a home port of the first "Fast & Furious" Arcade. Midway lost the rights to F & F before the game was released which is why the "Crus'n" name was used. That game was introduced in 2004, which is why the graphics seem dated.
Summary: Cruis'n is fun to play, but it's not the arcade game. I also knock it one star down because the steering is very, very TOUCHY. Still, for the price, it's a fun throw-back to sit'n'race arcade style game.
Summary: I like racing games and this one is great. The tracks are exactly like the "Fast & Furious" arcade game at the pizza place. After I bought this game, I was watching people play it and noticed the tracks are the same. There are probably other arcade games that use this same developer. This game has an arcade type feel to it. It has single player and simultaneous split-screen two-player modes. Buy it.
Fun game, has feel of speed, one of the better controled games for the wii steering but has bugs/poor graphics

Summary: My favorite arcade driving games are Burnout 2 & 3 - you crash like real life, the point is to avoid hitting anything (except AI cars), but celebrates your mistakes w/spectacular results so you don't mind. Crashing can happen a lot since there's always plenty of traffic to run into & they do have great AI traffic that try to get out of your way which can make you crash more.
Summary: This is a nice game. It is just kind of difficult to operate the car properly. The price was great. I even bought a steering wheel and still had problems. Hopefully with practice I will overcome these issues.
Summary: I'm a fan of Cruis'n series and yes this game IS fun. But the garage lacks a lot of features i was expecting to see. the graphics are JUST OKAY, considering this is a 2007 game on a Wii... could have been better. graphics are not better than even on N64. very simple and cartoony. i'm from San Francisco however, so that's the reason i love cruis'n games because there are always a lot of SF environments. overall game is fun!
Summary: A few years ago, every arcade had a 'cruis'n' game in it where you sat in a drivers seat, pushed the gas and brake pedals, and steered around courses. And there was the Nintendo 64 version ('cruis'n usa') back in 1996 that was pretty good. Now, here it is on Wii. Amazing. The game uses wiimote steering pretty good but they didn't rewrite the graphics much from the Nintendo 64 although there is a little more detail. But..
