Summary: There's not a lot to this game as it's a typical movie based game. It goes off the story a bit but I think it's to keep the game interesting. We bought this used through one of the personal sellers and were very happy with the price (only $10) and I believe I got free shipping. So for that price it was fun and my daughter and I enjoyed it. If you like Coraline as much as we do then I definitely recommend.
Summary: I know this game is for kids which makes me feel really awful when I do poorly on a puzzle, but it's still fun (and I'm over 30). I loved the movie and this is kind of like a really slow version of the movie you can play along with. It's cute. Not mind bending, or action packed, but cute.
Summary: We have been looking for a Wii game that my 4 year old daughter can play, pretty much independently. She loves the Coraline movie so much, that she was Coraline for Halloween. So when she saw this game for rent at the local video store she had to have it. I was surprised that she was able to play right away, the premise was easy enough. Of course, I have to help her with the reading..but she enjoys playing and it keeps her attention.
Summary: If you loved the movie and the book, this is a chance to immerse yourself more into the story. Now, it is a bit derivative yet without following too closely to the actual story. It is more about exploring the environment of Coraline, which my daughter and I have been interested in doing. She is six and loves it. I let her play, but help her on the hard parts. Pretty fun game.
Summary: Hey, you! Yeah, you! You think you want this game? You think you REALLY want it? Well, you don't. Sure, you loved the book. Sure, you loved the movie. So of course you're gonna love this game, right? Wrong! But, it's a great premise, right? Coraline! Who doens't love Coraline? Well, yeah, great premise, great platform, HORRID execution. First off, the game is so buggy.
Summary: Having read the book to my kids, I picked this up even before the movie came out. It was sort of a knee jerk decision based on no reviews - something I never do. But my girls loved the book and we just bought a Wii a few months ago and I don't have a lot of games yet. Also we're not avid gamers to we tend to have only a few games. A new game is somewhat of a novelty.
