Review: Chevrolet Camaro: Wild Ride (WII)
16 February 2011
Summary: The depth and breadth of how bad this game is cannot be overstated. There was not a single point at which I lost myself and felt like I was doing anything but wrestling a controller. I have played my share of bad games, but this, this is monolith to the dark gods of terrible game design. There is no redeeming feature, no reason for this abomination to exist. Burn it with fire and let us never speak of this again.
Excerpt: The Wii version of Chevrolet Camaro Wild Ride is much better than the Nintendo DS version. But it is not going to give Gran Turismo 5 a run for its money. But that is okay because Chevrolet Camaro Wild Ride is a different kind of a game. This Wii game is more for the casual gamer who wants to do some racing. Players get to pick which Chevrolet Camaro they want, and go out there and perform on four different kinds of racing activities.
Summary: Test your mettle against other drivers through treacherous tracks across three continents. Choose one of 12 Camaro vehicles to pilot in models ranging from 1971 to modern-day. Take in the sights as you cruise through the famous landmarks in Asia, Europe and the U.S.
