Not the best HOG

vickie_wv, Amazon
28 December 2012
  • Summary: I love HOG games for the stories and graphics and the casual puzzles. This one was well rated and affordable, so I figured it was a good choice. But this turned out to be the type of HOG that I don't really like. There is practically no voice acting and not much effort put into graphics or atmosphere. The puzzles are either the regular HOG, fragmented, or spot the difference.

Poor implementation

Bob, Amazon
10 July 2009
  • Summary: This is a fairly standard hidden object game which really does not work on the wii. The graphics are poorly drawn and even the text on the list of objects to find is not easy to read, even on HDTV (480p) mode. As the strength of the wii is the use of the remote controls and ability to play at some distance from the screen it is not helped by the fact that even when you can see the objects you have to be very precise to click on the object.

Huge disappointment. Don't waste your money, use the video game on the corner of the bar instead!!

CandyKarma "Sunflower", Amazon

  • Summary: Wow, so disappointed!! Maybe I was expecting too much ... Ok, what I liked, didn't like, and why - This is a very cheaply made game. There are no moving character. Every video game out there is just that a VIDEO game. This is a comic book game where the characters are popped on the screen and a bubble appears over their head. There isn't even talking. You have to read the bubbles. OMG. I thought we were light-years beyond this. ATARI GAMES WERE BETTER THAN THIS.

Terrible Picture quality - not good for a hide and seek game!

A. Sutton "sunshineanna", amazon.co.uk
10 January 2010
  • Summary: I bought this after enjoying hide and seek games found online and really enjoying them. Whilst the concept and play is fine, the graphics are very poor and despite having a 42" TV I found I needed to sit within a metre of the screen so I could see things and make out what they were supposed to be. Even the text list of objects isn't clear. Maybe better on the DS with the smaller screen - it looks like it just can't cope with a bigger screen.

Get it for the PC

henryoscar, Play.com
10 July 2009
  • Conclusion: The hidden object type of game is a great concept for the wii, I have a few for the PC but got this for the wii mainly to play it on a bigger screen, I was so disappointed, the list of items that come up for you to find are really small and look out of focus because of it, at one point I couldn't actually make out what some of the items said.

Sehtest für Falken...

Himbeerlin "Ben", Amazon
30 March 2012
  • Summary: Was war das denn bitte?!?

  • Pros: Steuerung
  • Cons: viel zu teuer, schlechte Grafik, langweiliges Game
