Summary: Listen...my 5-year old LOVES this game for his Wii and it's the first one he grabs. He loves the characters, all the team-ups, the Punch Time Explosions and the signature moves. He discovers something new about this game every week. I enjoy watching him play and the little sayings that the characters use are addictive and funny.
Summary: My son (8 years old) loves Super Smash Brothers, and the new Playstation All-Stars, but the reviews for this SSB clone were pretty bad, so I waited until the price came down, and finally scooped this game up when it became less than $20. The roster is nice, but there's no Ed, Edd, and Eddy. Also since it's from 2011 there's no Adventure Time, Regular Show, or Amazing World of Gumball characters which would have been awesome (especially Adventure Time).
Summary: One day, I was thinking to myself... What would it be like to put other characters in a super smash brothers style fighter. Here, I got my answer. Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion XL is a very good take on the subject. With characters from my childhood, leading to the shows i like today, just playing the game with friends is just amazing. THE GAME ITSELF: The game plays alot like Super Smash Bros.
Summary: I used to have so much trouble deciding what to get for the men and boys in my life for the holidays. I've now learned that you can't go wrong with a video game. My nephew is obsessed with the Wii and I cannot believe how good he is at it! He is constantly correcting me while we play, which is good because I get really frustrated when I get stuck. We had a lot of fun playing Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion XL for Wii.
Summary: Compared with this "enhanced" version of "Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion", the 3DS version is merely a prototype ! It's basically the same game but with new stuff added to it. It's got the original 18 characters (Yes, even Captain Planet. Go get the Season 1 DVD set from Shout Factory for Gaia's sake !) plus 8 new playable characters.
Summary: This is a very fun and enjoyable game with plenty of varied characters in it, some old (Captain Planet, Dexter etc.) and some new (Chowder, Ben 10, Flapjack and more). It has a humorous and intriguing story and lots of different modes to play by yourself or with friends and with a plethora of unlockable goodies this is a good game for anyone.
