Carnival Games: Mini Golf is the worst golfing game on the Wii and it might very well be the worst game on the Wii. If you haven’t played Wii Sports in awhile then Carnival Games: Mini Golf will make you want to put that bad boy right back into your system. Do the right thing and skip this carnival. You could probably see all the game has to offer in a couple of hours, and the game modes on offer aren’t particularly enthralling. It’s either single player or multiplayer, and you choose each hole one at a time. No career mode, no tournaments. How dull. Obviously, multiplayer is more enjoyable, but you’re better off just going down to the local minigolf course with a couple of mates and playing a couple of rounds. Read more
Admit it, how many of you serious gamers really expected the Wii to be a huge success? I didn’t and yet somehow the system keeps chugging along with a huge assortment of casual games. Yes, for some the words “casual games” will make them cringe while the rest of the gaming public happily jumps head first into the market. The original Carnival Games for the Wii offered an assortment of short casual games you would expect to find at a Circus, Carnival or Fair. Read more

We are very disappointed with Carnival Games: MiniGolf . It is advertised as having nine different golf courses with nine holes each. We looked forward to being able to play all nine of the holes. Six of the courses are locked, so instead of nine courses there are only three that can be played. Also we would like to be able to use two remotes. It asks how many remotes you want to use, but will not respond to anything but one. So we can only use one remote. Read more
