Bleach: Shattered Blade

GameTrailers
29 November 2007
  • Excerpt: The promise of true motion-based controls on the Nintendo Wii has been too much for some developers to pass up. That’s probably why we’ve seen so many games try to shoehorn nearly every movement and action into the wiggle waggle capabilities of the Wii Remote, usually with god-awful results.

Bleach: Shattered Blade

Project COE

  • Conclusion: Bleach: Shattered Blade is a fair value, but for most, it's more appropriate as a weekend rental. Hardcore Bleach and fighting game fans could eat this up, but Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution and the upcoming Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 seem like more tempting offers for anime fighters.

Bleach: Shattered Blade (Wii) Review

411mania.com
11 February 2007
  • Summary: Fans of the series will likely enjoy this title what with being the first of its kind in North America. It’s an enjoyable title that definitely deserves a rent and a pretty good rookie performance for its first Wii title.

Bleach: Shattered Blade Review (Wii)

WiiDS.co.uk
27 July 2008
  • Conclusion: Bleach: Shattered Blade is a fine example of a Wii fighting game, mainly because there aren’t that many to compare it to. Its expanded character list is great for fans of the series and brawlers alike, but a lack of additional multiplayer options means this game could get stale quite quickly.
  • Pros: Stays true to the anime, Large character list, Motion controls are fun..
  • Cons: …until your arm falls off, No online play, Voice acting is terrible.

Bleach: Shattered Blade

rincongamer.com
6 January 2009
