Summary: I'm a huge naval fan and study a lot about US Navy Ships. Probably my favorite type of ship would have to be the Battleship (with Carriers being a really close second :D). When I saw the trailer for the movie I wanted to see it badddd and even though some people knock it and some of it was a little "unrealistic" I still enjoyed it. Then I saw they had a game and had to have it. This will contain spoilers so BE WARNED!
Summary: The game is very simplistic, to the point of boredom. It is not interactive at all. It lacks imagination. There are no real challenges or need for strategy in this game. We gave up on it and donated it to charity.
No instructions, very difficult to figure out how to play

Summary: Our 8 year old grandson wanted this game after seeing the movie umpteen times. It took my husband and I a couple hours to help him figure out how to play. We had to really think about the game we played as kids, combined with the things that happened in the movie. The video advertisements for this game focus on the land battles and are VERY misleading.
Pretty Cool if you are 7 years old....Mom....not impressed

Summary: My 7 year old is obsessed with battleships. This game will keep him occupied for and hour or so. Not all that exciting if you ask me...the graphics arent that great and a lot of reading (which my son just skips). Maybe better for the older kids....Im just lucky my 7 year old likes it.
