Summary: I'll start by saying that my 6 year old daughter loves this game, she can easily navigate it on her own and it keeps her entertained. She and her friends request to play it all the time. As a parent you should know that this game's focus is only on clothes and makeup, and what the best outfit is to wear on a job interview or a date with a boyfriend. I thought that it would have more to do with traveling and places to visit around the globe.
Summary: My six year old daughters were very excited to get this game, as it was their very first Barbie game. But after playing it for about 20-30 minutes they became quite bored with it. I was then asked why commercials make things seem like more fun than they really are! Overall the game was just okay, and it kept my girls busy for an hour. Next on their list is Barbie Puppy Groom, Glam & Style- hopefully it'll be more fun.
Summary: This game is for my daughter (3 at the time of purchase, now 4). I think the main reason she likes it is because it is a Barbie game. It is a little boring and not challenging at all but she does play it from time to time.
Summary: There is little to no story line to this game. It is terribly repetitive, and the makeup color choices are kind of lame. Some of the processes are cumbersome and hard for an adult to master, let alone for a kid. It got played quite a bit for about a week or two. It's a good thing it was inexpensive. I would not call it a great buy.
Summary: I was really excited about buying this because I really thought my daughter would love this game because she loves playing Wii games, loves Barbie, and always plays dress up, makeup games on my computer (she is 6-years old). I am disappointed with this game (and so is my daughter). She has only played it once, and doesn't really care to play it again. It's not that it's hard or anything, she was really good at it when she played it, she just got kind of bored with it.
Summary: My daughter who is 5 and loves Barbie got this game for Christmas, she plays Barbie games online and loves them so we figured this would be a perfect game for her to play on the Wii. It is only a 1 player game, but other than that it is great for her age level. My 9 yr. old gets a little bored with it but my 5 yr. old figured out how to play it very easily. She loves to be able to give hair, make up and dress makeovers and then show everyone the end result!
