Much Better on the Wii

Summary: First of all I am not a gamer but I bought this game after a birthday present request by my adult granddaughter who is an experienced gamer. She had previous experience of the game on her PC but she tells me that it's much better on the Wii as it's easier to progress. I can't elaborate more than that unfortunately except to say that she sounds delighted with her new game.

Summary: Excellent Game - I couldn't put it down until my wife came in and turned the TV off. The adverture is fantastic. I like the fact is that you can play the game with or without the story - Excellent for all ages. Shame that ALL the Games Stores didn't store this Game - I hope that the company will release it again in the future with Nintendo THANK THANKS TO THE DESIGNING COMAPNY FOR MAKING AN FANSTIC GAME *************************** Anno: Create A New World (Wii)
Summary: This really is a great game! I've only played it for about an hour and half in total and I'm sitting at work wishing I could get home to play it. I'm a fan of the tycoon games and this is just as good if not better. The controls are easy to use and the graphics are fun and detailed for a wii game and you don't have the anoying subtitles like with a lot of wii games, you actually get voices!
Conclusion: This game is quite brilliant. I didn't know what to expect from it, except that it would be very basic, almost childish Real-Time Strategy Gaming. But it is not! It's very entertaining, and currently even my favourite Wii game.
Conclusion: When i bought this game i was on the look out for a black and white 2 city building/maintaining game and came across this game. Being so cheap i decided to give it a go and it really did crush my expectations. I wouldn't compare this to black and white 2, as it can get more complex than anticipated when discovering islands, colonising, maintaining and expanding on several islands at once.
Conclusion: I was all ready to be disapionted by this game, but after playing it for what i thought was about an hour, realised that it was more like four. The game somehow drags you in, the graphics are good and the game play is easy to pick up. the only down side i felt about the game was that the story mode only has one story line to it when i thought there could have been other opions, posssibly other cultures, which would have increased the game life.
Conclusion: I purchased this after reading the reviews on here and have not been dissapointed, it is very addictive. I did wonder if it would be a bit 'young' for me but have found the fact you can choose different levels such as easy, medium or hard to be a huge help and I opted for Medium and still ended up struggling from time to time! Each level gets just that bit harder with citizens demands, costs etc evolving.
Summary: I'm a big fan of RTSs and their ilk, and have long been disappointed by the lack of application by games creators in making them for the more advanced consoles - Populous on the Sega Master System proved it could be done, and done well, years and years ago, and yet largely its a gaming style that gets overlooked on consoles in favour of whizz-bang first person shooters. Thankfully, that is not the case any more!
