Summary: Absolutely brilliant! There is no need for a gym membership with this, the workout is intense, has varying levels so you can build up. The calorie burn is counted every time and you can see what you are aiming at, what you have achieved etc.
A brilliant addition to my favourite work out programme

Summary: I successfully completed the 30 day challenge on EA Sports Active and really enjoyed it. After a few weeks I was looking for some variation and purchased this. Although the warm ups are exactly the same each time, the exercises themselves are challenging and offer some great variation on the original. The addition of the abdominal exercises plugs the obvious gap in the original title - and the ab exercises are hard work. It's a really great title.
Summary: This has turned out to be one of my best buys. It is so much more fun than the original Active disc, it's a mixture of the straightforward band exercises but it also has step aerobics and runs with challenges along the way. Keeps me motivated.
EA Sports Active: More Workouts (Wii): A great addition to EA Active
7 March 2012
Summary: I decided to buy the EA Active More Workouts after I had completed the EA Active challenge, and wanted to challenge myself a little more. The EA Active More Workouts follows on from them original game and supplements it by giving 35 new exercises which include more resistance band exercises, Boxing using both legs and arms and even a Step Class which a particularly like.
Pros: Great new workouts that really push you
Cons: Graphics and Music have not been improved from the first game
