Summary: I've given this 3 stars, because although its delivered great results, it has flaws (which sadly EA Sports 2 has not resolved). First the bad things (and the reason it gets 3 stars): The in game music is very poor to the point that I use my own music on my hi-fi.
Summary: I love the leg workouts. You WILL kick your own butt with this workout. As much as I was cursing for some of them to be over and done with, I saw results. I would have given this a 4 star but the problems I always encountered was the use of the Wii board and the remote.

Summary: This Wii sport game is ok but I find it very hard to do some of the exercises when I have to hold onto the wii remote and exercise band. I find that I don't get the proper form that I fight with the game. I think if people can figure out to do all exercises then it will be great.
Summary: I bought this to enhance my current workouts using the free jogging on Wii Fit Plus - Game Only (Wii) for 30mins Monday, Wednesday & Friday and boxing on My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout (Wii) for 18 mins Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
