Summary: it's certainly not trying to be FIFA, and it's a fun take on my favorite game. love the character variety, as playing as Altair, Sam Fisher, Rayman, etc was quite entertaining. the controls are simple so it possesses that pickup and play quality. the fact that it's a 5 vs. 5 game and the closer camera angles made me feel a little more "in the middle of it all" versus when i play FIFA and it feels like i'm playing from the press box.
Summary: Yes, Mario Strikers is still king of the arcade soccer scene, but Ubisoft did a great job with this title. The cartoony, colorful graphics are awesome and I loved seeing Sam Fisher, Altair, and the Prince of Persia included (could do without the Rabbid hehe). The music is catchy although as with any title like this you'll be hearing the same tunes alot and it's liable to get on your nerves a couple of hours in.
