Summary: Bought this DVD thinking it would be as good as the target toning for beginners! But this instructor was very difficult to follow and did not allow the viewer time to move onto the next exercise. Plus there were a lot of jumping which I don't do due to a weak bladder..
Not enough variation in exercises make this an average offering

Excerpt: I am a big fan of the 10 minute solution exercise DVD's and use them regularly. I also enjoy my wii workouts, so when I spotted the 10 minute solution wii game, I couldn't resist buying it. The idea of the 'game' is that like the exercise DVD's, this is a series of 10 minute exercise programmes. The game requires a wii-mote as well as a nunchuck for some games.

Pros: some exercises are good, most are easy to follow
Summary: I am a keen exerciser but this wii game isn't for those that like to work up a sweat. You can spend five minutes getting the game to register a move (even though you know you are doing it correctly !!). Back to Davina for me I'm afraid ~ she knows how to exercise !
Summary: I bought this game, as I have many wii fitness games and this sounded good. I love both boxing and step and thought a game with 10 minute exercise routines sounded ideal. When you turn the game on, the game asks you a small series of health questions. When the trainer asked me whether I was male or female, followed by 'remember, there is no right or wrong answer' I began to worry that this game could be seriously flawed! How right I was.
Summary: with some aspects of this game is good fun but, boxing and tennis, are hard to get the moves right, for some reason even while u are doing the correct moves it doesnt register them... its not my wii... i checked it... frustrating game!
Summary: I found this really frustrating. Although the step is OK, the boxing is really difficult. Not because it is a hard programme but because it does not seem sensitive enough to pick up your movements. I seem to spend the whole 5 mins punching and kicking away without it registering at all. With the step, no matter how I do the squats she still tells me I am not doing them and don't get me started on the "games" The commentary is monotonous and the graphics very poor.
