Good for the price

Summary: I needed a webcam for work and did not want to pay a lot of money for it. For what I paid for this, I think I got my money's worth. It's not fancy and the picture quality is not great, but it is functional. The included software has a few extra settings that allow you to adjust the picture quality. You can also add filters, frames and effects if you so desire. Most of that stuff is useless for me, but it was still fun to play with it for a few minutes.
Summary: Thing is broken right out of the package. And newegg wants me to pay $11 to ship it back to them? I don't think so. This product is a total waste of money and it's a disgrace that newegg sells these things. Don't be fooled by the occasional high reviews: this product manufacturer makes duds and you'll get landed with one.
Pros: This product has no positive features.
Cons: It won't work. Plug it in, windows can't detect. Put in the driver disc, can't run because windows can't detect. Waste of time and money.
Summary: This USB camera works without any additional software or drivers in Windows 7, but comes with a mini-disc that I just threw away. The picture quality is about right for the price. The mechanical lens will need some adjustment by the owner to ensure proper focus. The cord length is about 4.5' (will update with a more accurate measurement shortly).
Summary: Not worth the money, find something better. I only wanted to use this for google hangouts, but I'm not happy with the overall quality of this camera. It does not seem to focus on anything. I think the megapixel labeling is false.
