  • Summary: is holding pretty good for this texas crazy weather am impressed also that the mic on the camera still receives noises from the ambience ( i heard my Neighbor arguing the other day lol.....and my car alarm going off) am a happy customer newegg rocks!!!
  • Pros: pretty sturdy and noticeable it keeps my camera safe from someone knock it off with a bat, easy assembly and a lot of space to run cables, also the paint is weatherproof and wont rust easy, protective glass doesn’t fog on humid weather. Also is sealed pretty good to keep pests away
  • Cons: none so far i wished they were more inexpensive

Huge... but nice.

  • Summary: This thing is huge! The top shield is just over 17" long, with a diameter of about 5.5". It's about twice the length I expected from the pictures.
  • Pros: Decently made, seems well sealed against the elements aside from tiny air holes along bottom for ventilation, camera picture through it is good. My TrendNet TV-IP100 fits easily into it. Adjustment is a bit tricky, but not bad, and it appears to hold it like a rock.
  • Cons: Small screw holes on internal mounting plate are difficult to reach once a camera is mounted on it. The screws for this purpose were non-magnetic, which didn't help getting them in. Not really a big deal, just took a few extra minutes to set up.
