Summary: Very short lead, unless you are using on a laptop you will need a USB extension lead. You cannot make a stand from the lead as the photo describes as you have to use an extension lead as the lead is absolutely too small. I would say that it is only designed for notebooks on the move.
Summary: Nice laptop webcam. This is perfect for a traveller. Very small and bendable into any shape. Fits nicely in my Dell rear USB port. The lens protector is a good idea and will save dust/dirt getting in the lens while not being used.
Summary: Software: fine, picture quality: good, installation: easy enough, looks: good, features: has an inbuilt light. The biggest let down of this camera is also its unique feature - the stalk between the camera and the USB connector. While it seems like a good idea in theory, in practice it's terrible.
Summary: I needed a flexible camera for a car repair and purchased a "snake cam" from maplins the focus range was limited to 6cm so did not do the job. this one works fine with what seems to be unlimited focus. it is shorter than the snake cam but that was no problem.
Summary: Bought this on the strength of previous reviews. But am very disappointed. Video image is dark in daylight and very dark in artificial light even with the LED light switched on. Have tried to adjust the settings but this makes the image very pixelated.
Summary: I was really worried when i bought this WebCam because i didnt knwo what the quality would be like. But i am happy to report its really really good. yes yes the Cord could have been a lot longer but thats not a problem if u have an extra connection cord lying in the house.
Quality in a simple and sleek design, very mobile and handy

Summary: I agree with the previous reviewer. It is small and simple, very handy for a mobile laptop user, which I am. Overview: # Quality of the video is good, similar to other medium range VGA web cams. # It has a still photo capture feature which takes pictures of 800x600 pixel dimensions.
Summary: The Philips SPC 610NC is a nice webcam. The USB Cord is a little short but is not a problem if you have a notebook or a monitor with inbuilt USB. The software is almost non existant but on Windows XP it should work plug and play. Drivers are included.
