Set up was highly frustrating. I wanted a product easy to install and ready to use. That is not this product. The product does not come with all the necessary software. The installation software MUST connect to the internet, or it exists installation. When I finally resolved my internet issue, I found the camera would NOT work with skype. Read more

I have one of these that has worked beautifully up until now. I purchased it so I could see/talk with my granddaughter. Now my son has a laptop that has Windows 7 in it w/webcam and I can't connect with him. My camera connects but all I see is me. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately this camera does not work with yahoo messenger. I is incompatible. It works great with Windows Live Messenger & Skype, but not Yahoo!! Sorry
