I bought this cam only because it was cheap, and needed a cam to keep in touch with my family overseas. Little did I know that this cam would function better than my brother's camera which he bought for 4x the price. It was easy to install, there is a special adjusted lighting mechanism so that even if u catch on some bad lighting it adjusts on its' own. The built-in microphone is crystal clear as well. I used this with my Msn Messenger and it worked great! Read more

Although it was designed for desktop, this Adonis also fits on laptop. It works but there were back ground noise. The video kept flashing when the light condition was low. I also got a microphone on laptop and never found a way to choose which one to use. The default voice input device seems to be the one on laptop, not on WebCam. Will not buy again. Read more

It also inludes is own built in microphone. I had also a litle problem with another audio software that decreased the other headset microphone volume each time i connected the... Read more

Bought two of these webcams to keep up with my husband over Skype while I'm away. The CD that came with one of the webcams simply would not work: had to get on the phone with Microsoft to download the right software. Since then, everything's been just fine. But for some reason, my husband's been getting a yellow stripe down the video image on Skype. Still not sure if that has anything to do with the webcam, however. Read more
