Summary: I always appreciated photos and videos, but, sometimes, i couldn't a good quality of images. Thus, i have tried to innovate my webcam here for another with better resolution and performance of images. I decided then, acquire a webcam of the Microsoft with 2.0 Megapixel and test the images through it. My 1º disappointment was that the webcam came with a usb cable very short and it was only possible to install in my laptop.
Summary: I have had many webcams over the years and have pretty much stuck with logitech. I bought this because it was on sale and it was a 2 megapixel camera. Other than not being a fan of microsoft bundling camera features to work with its messenger for example, this is a step above most webcams in terms of features. Having said that, I would not pay a premium for it as other webcames can be had cheaper and with the same features (except the 2 megapixel resolution).
Summary: I've had this webcam for a while now, and I've realised that its not that great for desktops. The picture is clean and sharp, like all good webcams should be, and its also got a lens cover to keep the lens clean. One thing about this webcam is that if you use it on a desktop (like I do), you will have noticed that the usb cable is a bit too short, as it is designed to be used on laptops.
Summary: As previously stated by other reviewers, this webcam has issues with focus and there is no way to manually setup the focus. I decided however that it was not bad enough to justify a return, but I'd be more demanding next time and not so tempted by price reductions.
Nice little cam, but only focuses up to 5 feet away.

Summary: Good little cam; uses a lot of disk space because it installs Live Messenger without asking (and I've uninstalled it without asking and the camera still works). Only drawback was that I planned to use this sat in my favourite coffee bar on a saturday afternoon, streaming video of the street. But anything above 5 feet away is a bit blurred, and you can't adjust the focus. Nice webcam, but probably won't use it.
Summary: Reasonable web camera with true 2MP sensor (not 300k like nx3000). Video can be recorded at maximum resolution of 800x600 and photos can be taken at 2MP and 8MP (interpolated). Video quality is good and it works fine with Windows 7. It comes with a zipped holder and lens can also be pressed-in to keep it safe if not in use.
Summary: The webcam quality is rather poor, apartfrom having a higher resolution i found sensor noise to be rather bad. my 5 year old creative NX pro is getting preference over this purely for quality of image.
Summary: Bad product, I purchased one today and found that the image quality is bad expecially if there is not a lot of light in the room (indoor generally is bad). Also the clip is not very good for laptops even if it is *designed* for laptops... The only PRO is that this cam supports the USB Video Class protocol so it works with Linux without to require a specific driver.
