Not the Greatest...

Summary: ...but what should one expect from a $16 purchase? It gets the job done, just don't expect incredible quality. Some of my experience may depend on how our computer responds to it as well... because our computer is quite old. All in all, It's a decent camera for the price.
Summary: well this works good but it definetly not hi-def if u have a none hi- def monitor or dont care fore a perfct picture it works good my second one is a logitech hd c310 and it gives a great picture but much more money. If you have a lot to spend this is grat value.
Summary: I bought this Webcam for a Mac computer. I was suspecting its compatibility, therefore I looked everywhere in its description, even reviews to find a sign stating if it works on Mac or not, but didn't find any, so I bought it assuming that it'll work. It didn't work on Mac, and its software/driver is for different Windows editions. That wasn't shocking since it's branded "Microsoft"!
Summary: The picture quality of this camera is quite good. The little fun effects are neat, too. The webcam is easy to setup and install. However, sometimes it asks me to put in the Microsoft webcam CD to use certain features, even though I've already done that, twice. I don't like the mechanism that it uses to "clip" onto notebooks though - it's not sturdy and after a few months use, the clip has broken.
Summary: This is an ok camera. I havent had a web camera for about 5 years and this camera is only mildly better than that one. Videos are ok, a little choppy so if you plan on moving...beware. the sound is excellent though. The pictures are grainy and dont compare to cameras in laptops like Mac. You pretty much have to be right next to a window mid day to get a good picture without it looking cheap.
Summary: I bought this webcam to use with an old IBM Thinkpad R-30 since it is compatible with the old 1 ghz Pentium III processor and Windows XP OS. It is difficult to find cameras that work with the slower processors. The price was good and Amazon.com delivered the product quickly and without problem. The camera installed and activated with no problems with a good quality image displayed on the computer.
Summary: This webcam does have good video quality, but the clipping mechanism to hook it onto your laptop LCD is about the junkiest I've ever beheld. If your screen bezel is not absolutely flat or squared off (my Thinkpad has a little lip on it) you'll do all sorts of interesting contortions to find a way to hold it where it's usable. If you're not sure this will clip on to your laptop screen based on that description, then I'd suggest you pass on this one.
Summary: I have a Toshiba Sattelite notebook, but when I bought it, I didn't think a webcam was really necessary, but recently I have found that it is something I wanted, so I found a great deal for this little number on ebay. I looked it up and checked some reviews, but I didn't read anything about this. The clip is made for a screen less than a 1/4 inch wide.
