Summary: I run Windows XP SP2, but other's with SP3 or even Vista and 7 also have the same problem.
Pros: Picture clarity, lighting, and resolution is very nice and runs smooth with no jerkyness.
Cons: Included Lifecam software crashes and does not finish loading. Many people complaining about same problem on net going back as far as March 2010, when they released a new version. Microsoft seems to have never provided a solution for the problem.

Summary: I bought this webcam because of the auto focus feature by the ads. But the one I am disappointed is this feature. When I was video chatting, the video kept on going clear to blurry and blurry to clear. I do not really know why it always changing the focus.
Summary: I've been using this camera for a couple months now. It's a decent buy for under $30 but it's not perfect. The image and sound quality are generally quite good but the auto focus is very temperamental. While video chatting, the image frequently goes in an out of focus when I move.
