Summary: The camera is constantly refocusing. Very obnoxious. The mic is also terrible and barely picks up audio. Not to mention Windows 10 does not recognize a Microsoft camera that is certified for Windows 10. Wut.
Summary: Not compatible with Windows 10, in spite of what Microsoft says. Impossible to open the dashboard to change camera settings after installation. Microsoft support kept hanging up on me when they found I was calling about a web cam.
Summary: You cannot get 30 fps as advertised (if using the MS drivers and MS LifeCam software) - only 15 fps, which is really choppy. After some searching online, I found that some people can get the 30 fps, but it involves fiddling with drivers and using 3rd party software.
Excerpt: Bought this to use for video calling and various photo and video projects. I like the accompanying software which seems would be very nice to go with a better camera.
But the picture quality is far inferior to the older Logitech unit it replaced.
Summary: Worked beautifully for about 5 months. Now its completely dead, I have been using it on and off. I have uninstalled all related drivers and reinstalled accordingly in multiple ways. Would I recommend this? No, get the C920.
