Summary: After moving to Florida and away from family and friends we decided to give Skype a try. Not having my laptop in a place that makes using the camera possible I needed a separate webcam. Did some research and found this camera and I am glad I did.

Summary: The camera itself is pretty good but I encountered a problem when trying to use the mic and video at the same time. I was talking on Skype and people said they could hear a very annoying high pitched noise when the mic and video were both used.
Excerpt: This is literally a "plug & play" unit. It took no time to set up and start using. You download the drivers from the internet and that is automatic too. Good symetry between the hardware and the operating system.On the down side, I can't register the product on the microsoft site.

Summary: Worked beautifully for about 5 months. Now its completely dead, I have been using it on and off. I have uninstalled all related drivers and reinstalled accordingly in multiple ways. Would I recommend this? No, get the C920.
